Pakistani Earthquake Tragedy: Wrath Of God Or Natural Cycle Of Life?
ISLAMABAD, Oct. 29 -- The powerful earthquake occurred on Wednesday in southwestern Pakistan has killed more than 200 people and caused scores of injures, local television reported on Thursday.The death toll is expected to rise as many bodies may be buried under rubbles when the calamity leveled about 2,000 mud-walled houses in northern part of Balochistan province on Wednesday.
The epicenter of earthquake measuring 6.5 on Richter scale was in the scenic tourist spot Ziarat district, about 60 km north of Balochistan's capital Quetta.
The earthquake also left 15,000 homeless.
Ziarat and Pishin districts were the worst-hit areas, said National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Chairman Farooq Ahmed Khan at a press conference on Wednesday evening.
The government was undertaking the needed rescue efforts, and mobilizing essential goods, including tents, blankets, medicines and warm clothes to the affected area, said Farooq.
Two C-130 planes had already delivered relief goods and more assistance was on way, and the Pakistan army had sent 300 paramilitary forces to Ziarat and 100 to Pishin.
Local television showed that the local people, wrapped up with blankets, spent chilly night amid ensuing aftershocks.
As many as 20 aftershocks, with the biggest of 6.2 magnitude, had been recorded after the major earthquake and the meteorological departments warned that more aftershocks were expected in a week. (Published by Xinhua)

Balochistan’s capital, Quetta, was spared the brunt of the force, but there were injuries.
“We were fast asleep at the time of quake and when awakened by the shocks we took no time to come out of our houses,” said Wahidullah, a resident of Quetta.

- Why it comes mostly in the month of October ?
- Why after this earthquake cold rain starts, when all of them stays out of their houses due to the fear of after shocks ?

The beautiful valley of Swat has a unique place in the fields of education and literature. It has produced great intellectuals and scholars. But in this land of amazing beauty, civilizations are forgotten.Various religions have flourished here, and this land has seen their rise and decline. The imprints of their culture can be easily seen in archaeological sites in Swat. Some of the relics are reflective of great inclination towards knowledge. From the Kuldanees to Aryans, Greeks to Mughals and the Britishers, all have left their marks on this land of Pakhtoons. The history of Swat has thus got a shape, reflecting cultural, economic, religious and political glimpses of these nations. We can easily judge from the various aspects of their lives the position of Swat in th
e files of education then.Renowned historian, late Abdul Haleem Asat Afghani, in his “Swat Da Tareekh Pa Rana Kay”, says that of all the people who came to Swat, the Kuldanees left everlasting imprints of their culture on this land. The Kuldanees maintained sway over Swat from 2500 B.C to 500 B.C. The two inscriptions found from the archeological remains of Khadokhel, which belong to the age of Dareyoosh Kabir, are kept in Lahore Museum. The inscription point out that the relics of Kuldanee culture can be traced on the outskirts of Kanju.

After Sayed Abdul Jabbar Shah, Miangul Abdul Wadood became the ruler of Swat in 1917. Though he had not gotten regular education, yet he had great regard for it. During his reign, a voluminous book of history was written by Asaf Khan. This book is a blind of old and new history of Swat. This book in a way is the autobiography of Badshah Sahib. This book of Asif Khan was source of information, for the letter writes, who tried to write on the historical aspect of Swat. In order to develop Pushto language and literature, Badshah Sahib (ruler of Swat) took the revolutionary steps by making the official Pushto language of Swat. Later on, many important books were translated into Pushto include “Anwar-i-sohaili”, “Tarkeekh Farishta”, “Fatawa Wadudia” and “Mezan Sarf”.Fatawa Wadudia, which contains two volumes, comprises maters about Sharia and other social affairs. The book is written in ordinary language. Both the volumes contain 1180 pages, which were a guideline for every Qazi, in state times. Mezanul Sarf was published in Persian. It is very useful book for the students of religious scholar the rule of Swat published all these books on government costs and were distributed free of cost among the masses.In 1949 Badshah Sahib was succeeded by his son, Miangul Abdul Haq Jehanzeb was an educated person. He spread a network of schools in Swat. 
He maintained Pushto as the official language of the state. In the connection, the late director of Pushto Academy, Maulana Abdul Qadir, through his correspondence with Wali of Swat, inspired him to do due service to Pushto and the Wali of Swat took great interest in the development of Pushto. On coronation ceremony of the Wali of Swat, “Mushairas” used to be held. Eminent poets from Swat as well as other area participated in these “Mushairas”. Late Fazal-ur-Rahaman Faizan, a great poet of Swat, played a pivotal role in this regard.A scientific and literary magazine was published for the first time from Jehanzeb College in 1949. It was published in three languages, Pushto, Urdu and English. The magazine was called “Eelum” this magazine has been publishing regularly. The services rendered by Shah Yousafzai, to this magazine, are worth mentioning. Sahar Yousafzai took keen interest in the magazine, to make it an ideal one for the generations to come.Journalism in Swat was introduced by a famous person from Mingora, Fazal Khaliq. He, for the first time, published a monthly digest in 1968 under the title “Swat Digest”. It was a digest of high standard. Thus he laid the foundation of modern journalism in Swat. A magazine was also published by the department of Family planning in1966. Department of Information also published a magazine “Riyasat-i-Swat”.The first newspaper published from Swat was the weekly “Falak Sair” by Miangul Farosh of Qandil. Later on by Mian Sayed Umer Nasih tried his best to modevate it.In 1989, Mian Sayed Umer Nasih published a weekly magazine under the title “Sada-i-Swat”. In the same year, Mumtaz Ahmad Buneri published “Sadae-i-Malakand” from Buner/Swat. “Salam” the first daily from Swat was published by Sayed Umer Nasih in 1993. the newspaper on August 1994, Sayed Badar Zaman Saba launched the weekly “Malakand Times”. On August 14, 1994 Niaz Pasha Jadoon launched another daily “Shamal” from Swat.Thus the land of Swat has produced great scholars. Hafiz Alpuri, a great Pushto poet, was one of them. He was a great religious scholar. His poetry no doubt , is masterpiece in Pushto literature. He is as popular as Rahman Baba and Khushal Khan Khattak among Pushtoons. Power Night !!
Lailatul Qadr : The Night of Power Qadr means honour and dignity. Lailatul Qadr means the night of honour and dignity. It is this night in which the first Divine Revelation came to the Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasallam, when he was in prayer in the cave of Hira. Since this night enjoys the honour of having the first revelation brought to the Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasallam, it has been named Lailatul Qadr.
This is one of the holiest and most blessed nights, which is likely to occur on one of the odd nights on the last ten days of Ramadhan and most likely to be the 27th.
The reward of worship on this night is better than the worship of a thousand months of worship, equivalent to a person's lifetime. So, on this night one should pray nafil namaz, recite the Quran, do Tasbih, Zikr, Duas, etc as much as possible.
This night had already opened its gates of treasures when the angel for the first time had come with the Divine Message in the cave of Hira, but its auspiciousness has continued to be with us permanently. Every year in the month of Ramadhan, this night is given to the Ummah. Muslims engage in prayers, recitation of Quran and praying to Allah, as the Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasallam said: "The person who offered prayers to Allah in the night of Dignity with faith and with hope of reward from Allah, all his past sins have been forgiven." (Bukhaari)
As the rainy season is suitable for farming, similarly for the attainment of nearness to Allah, specific times , specific days and specific nights are most suitable, e.g. the time of Tahajjud prayers, Friday prayers, month of Ramadhan, the Day of Arafah, etc. So also the Night of Power is the most suitable night for attaining nearness to Allah.
In the Hadeeth, we have been asked to seek it in the last ten nights of the month of Ramadhan. Hazrat Aa'ishah radhiyallahu anhaa narrates that the Messenger of Allah sallalahu alayhi wasallam has said, 'Seek the night of Dignity in the odd nights of the last ten days of Ramadhan'.(Bukhaari).
By odd nights, the reference is made to the 21st, 23rd, 25th, 27th, 29th night of the month of Ramadhan. No one night has been fixed so that the yearning to find it may increase and people may spend more nights in worshipping Allah. From this aspect, the importance of `Itikaaf (seclusion) during the last ten days of Ramadhan is clear.
Some special prayers and Zikr for Laitul Qadr top
1. Seeking Forgiveness. Hazrat Aa'ishah radhiyallahu anhaa asked the Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasallam that if she happened to get the night sublime what prayer should she say. The Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasallam replied that she should say the following prayer : "Allahumma innaka afuwwun kareemun tuhib-bul af-wa fa-afo anni" (O Allah, You are the One who grants pardon for sins, loves forgiving, so forgive me.)
2. Reciting Astaghfar. The following should be recited as much as possible: "Astaghfirullah hallazi la-ila-ha illa huwal Hayyul Qayyumo wa atu-bu ilaihe" (I seek forgiveness from Allah, the Almighty, there is no God but He. He is self-Existent, the Eternal and I return to Him)
3. Reciting Surah `Inna anzalnahu...' "Inna anzalnahu fee lailatul Qadr, Wa maa adraka maa lailatul Qadr. Lailatul Qadri khairum min alfi shahr. Tanazzalul malai-katu var-roohu fee ha bi izni Rabbihim min kulle amr. Salaamun heya hatta matla-il fajr." 4. Do Salatul Tasbih. 5. Do Afzul Zikr i.e. La ilaha illallah

Peaceful place to walk !
When ever I get tired or stress, I drive straight towards this Shalimar Cricket Ground and do my an hour walk or just sit on the grassy ground take deep breaths and watch these beautiful green mountains.When I ready to leave this area I feel so fresh. If you want to relax yourself I suggest to visit this Shalimar Cricket Ground at Islamabad Pakistan.

Bloodied clothes, hats, shoes and pieces of flesh were strewn about the building. Witnesses said the dead included police officers guarding Sherpao, who was praying in the mosque's front row at the time but not injured.
"We were saying prayers when this huge explosion occurred," said Shaukat Ali, a 26-year-old survivor of the blast whose white cloak and pants were torn and spattered with blood.
The bomber was praying in a row of worshippers when he detonated the explosive, provincial police chief Sharif Virk said. Hundreds of people were in or around the mosque, about 40 yards from Sherpao's house, witnesses said.

Turst me !!
Well this is the start of my blogging here dont know how this will come up, but I will try to do it, just like Nike says " Just Do It " so I am.
I am thinking of this world where its going to end ?
What is our job in this world ? than I find lots of destruction in my surroundings, also find people who does not know what they are doing, they don't have any aim. They just fallow some one who they think they are correct without any knowledge or information.
If this is my world ? than why we are destroying it ? why we cant save it ? why we cant just sit and play our role nicely ?
Does it matter that I am Black, White or pale ?
Does education matters ?
Does money ?, Does beauty ?
I think these all does not matters at all, the only thing in this world which can change this world in to peace is human/humanity/Nature. Now new educated countries have created new human species which they called MBA, BBA, LLB, MA, BA, CA, they are all well educated and using there education for there own business.
Some of us become scientist so they can create a thing called " WEAPON ", in my knowledge this weapon is now available in each house/shop/school/mosque/building etc, but why ? why we are in so need of this thing ? do we have monsters in this world to kill ? well at some stage we do need to kill those animals who are against human, but this is beyond my thoughts that why we need a weapon to kill another human who is just like me ?
Lets stop here ! I would like to view your suggestions & remarks about these thoughts.
